Job Title: Project EngineerTeam Leader

As the demand for our expertise continues to grow, an opportunity has arisen for a Project Engineer / Team Leader to support the Nuclear Services North team, in the Ayrshire office. 
BWA’s nuclear business understands its customer requirements and works in partnership to achieve best value. The business has more than 20 years’ experience in the nuclear industry. Through its 60 dedicated nuclear employees, BWA possesses unique understanding and capability across the lifecycle of complex nuclear assets, specifically engineering support, assett/work management, Design Enginering and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensuring non-financial targets are met, especially in respect of Health, Safety & Quality
• Ensuring projects are managed to meet or exceed client expectations 
• Maintaining and developing the relationships with the client
• Pro-actively marketing the services of BWA and assist in winning work 
• Developing excellent team working relationships with the management team responsible for technical delivery 
• Responsible to the Project Manager for a small portfolio of projects and their delivery
• Monthly project leadership team reviews 
• Responsible for effective risk management and mitigation 
• Ensuring team members receive appropriate training to ensure project needs are met 

Knowledge / Experience:
• Significant project engineering experience working within the nuclear industry, MoD or other highly regulated industry 
• A good working knowledge of the following: 

o Power Station Maintenance programs 
o Passport Work Management System
o Project reporting 
o Quality management systems 
o Project Engineering
